Our dedicated support workers play a crucial role in offering care and support to the young individuals residing in our residential homes. The responsibilities and prerequisites associated with this role encompass, but are not confined to:

Ensuring Safety and Wellbeing: The primary duty of our support workers is to guarantee the safety and overall wellbeing of the young people under their care.

Creating a Nurturing Environment: Support workers are tasked with establishing a nurturing and stable environment that helps these children feel secure and supported.

Fostering Social Skills and Relationships: Our support workers actively encourage the development of social skills and positive relationships among the children in their care. ​

Maintaining a Suitable Environment: Support workers are responsible for maintaining the residential care setting to ensure it remains clean, safe, and suitable for the needs of the young people living there.
